Dealing historical subjects by creating a virtual, wide canvass with lots of hard work and creative imagination to make audience believe in that particular era isn’t a simple task for director and other technical departments. If Rajamouli made this impossible task turn into onscreen reality with high skilled ‘Bahubali,’ here is other director Krissh traveling on the same boat to erect Satavahana kingdom for shooting ‘Gauthamiputhra Satakarni’ coming as Balakrishna’s prestigious 100th film.

There are no substantial visual and historical evidences to make Krissh’s job a cakewalk. They are just going on literary treasures available in the market to enumerate the grandeur of Satavahanas and the rule of Gauthamiputhra Satakarni. Generally, director and art department works in tandem supporting each other for this kind of projects because artists and other technicians aren’t graduated with the genre and literature.

Luckily, Krissh got his job much easier because he got a superb companion in hero Nandamuri Balakrishna. In the past, legendary NTR has done strong ground work on same subject and this should come in handy from Balayya’s side. Moreover, Nata Simham is a keen follower of ancient history and glory of Telugu Kings. Definitely, Krissh and Balakrishna make a wonderful combination for ‘Gauthamiputhra Satakarni.’
