SS Rajamouli's 'Baahubali' has been adjudged the best feature film at the 63rd national awards a couple of minutes ago. This is the first ever Telugu film to have got an award for 'Best Feature Films' category at the national film awards. 

'Baahubali', which has been made as a complete folklore entertainer with a whopping budget of 100+ crores, has created collection records all the way. The movie collected a gross of Rs.600 crores across the globe. The Hindi dubbed version of 'Baahubali' breached the mark of 100 crores. It must be worth mentioned that Rajamouli, the director of the film, has recently been conferred with India's civilian award, Padma Sri. Kudos to entire team of 'Baahubali' for this remarkable achievement.

Meanwhile, Big B Amitabh Bachchan was adjudged the best actor for his performance in 'Piku'. Kangana Ranaut was conferred best actress award for 'Tanu Weds Manu Returns'. Sanjay Leela Bansali will receive best director award for 'Bajirao Masthani'.
